The villa includes two master bedrooms: one with a four-poster king-size double bed, air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with freestanding bathtub and separate shower; the second master has a four-poster king-size bed, air conditioning, en suite shower, and doors leading to the outside dining area, terrace, and pool. The third bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, air conditioning, en suite shower, and direct access to the pool and terrace.
The open-plan living, dining, and split-level kitchen area provides a comfortable and stylish space for socialising, with direct access to the outside dining area, terrace, and pool. The roof terrace is perfect for enjoying spectacular sunsets, and the courtyard-style exterior offers shaded chill-out areas, a brick-built charcoal BBQ, and seating for alfresco dining.
The swimming pool measures 13 x 5 metres and is complemented by a Jacuzzi.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Beach Lover's Paradise
For beach lovers, this seaside retreat is a paradise. With just a few steps, we could reach the serene Cala Carbo beach. The proximity to the sea made our stay even more enjoyable, and we savored our time at the traditional seafront restaurants, Restaurante Balneario and Restaurante Can Vicent. Sampling fresh seafood, traditional Paella, and great wines became a delightful routine during our stay.

A Gem Near the Sea
This stylish property was a true gem on the beautiful west coast of Ibiza. The location was superb, just a few steps from Cala Carbo beach.
