Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
If you love surfing and nature, this is the place! We spent our days between El Cotillo and Corralejo, then came back to this quiet oasis. The house is modern and comfy, the pool area is great for chilling, and the open-plan kitchen/living space is perfect for groups. Huge thanks to the team for the easy booking & local tips!

Cozy villa with amazing views
Stayed here with friends for a week, and it was just what we needed! The villa is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Loved having coffee outside in the mornings, just soaking in the scenery. The location is perfect for exploring the island, and the agency made everything super easy.

Peaceful retreat in Lajares!
Absolutely loved our stay at the villa! The mountain views were breathtaking, and the whole place had such a peaceful vibe. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a day exploring. Super close to great beaches and the village had a cool local market. Would def book again!

The photos of the villa do not do it justice, it has to be seen to be truly appreciated. towels provided.I would highly recommend booking your holiday at this villa. We got a welcome pack with drinks and snacks, which was such a nice touch! Can’t wait to book again!

Superb villa
My family and I recently stayed at the lovely this hideaway. The booking was very easy and great service. Beautiful villa in a secluded location, providing all the comforts of home and more. They living area is extremely spacious and well appointed, with many extras. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large with towels provided. I would highly recommend booking your holiday at this villa.
