The pool and gardens enjoy sun throughout the day, while floor-to-ceiling windows and a wide upstairs balcony provide spectacular outlooks from the living areas and master suite.
The open-plan lounge and dining area is separated from the kitchen by a distinctive curved wall, with a contemporary fireplace creating a cosy focal point for cooler evenings. Bi-fold doors open directly onto the poolside terrace, where a shaded outdoor dining area, barbecue, and outdoor fridge make alfresco dining an effortless pleasure.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

This villa is in a quiet location in a great village. It provides great accommodation which is flexible enough for combinations of family and friends both young and old. To conclude, we loved the villa and location so much we have booked again!
