The dining area, raised slightly for added elegance, seats 10-12 guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes Miele appliances, an island, and terrace access. The master suite spans 100 m² on the first floor, featuring a double bedroom, dressing room, study, and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, his-and-hers WCs, and an al fresco shower on the terrace with views of Formentera. Two additional bedrooms on the ground floor each have en-suite shower rooms, one opening onto the pool terrace and the other onto a private terrace with an alfresco bathtub.
A separate guest house includes a double bedroom with en-suite shower and an open-plan living area, with private terrace and garden access, offering added privacy.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa’s location couldn’t be better-secluded and peaceful, yet close to great restaurants and shops in Santa Gertrudis. The pool was amazing, and the outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing. The attention to detail in the villa’s design and amenities was top-notch. Can’t wait to return!

Incredible stay for our family
We stayed at the holiday home with our two kids and another couple, and it was perfect. The separate guest house gave everyone privacy, and the open living area was great for spending time together. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we loved having breakfast outside every morning. A fantastic experience!

Lovely holiday home
Its hard to drag yourself away from the simply wonderful setting at this villa we stayed for 11 nights and hardly left the property. The villa has lovely spacious outside seating with a large pool overlooking the grand view. Modern and very well equipped. We had a luxury holiday in this villa!

Absolutely fantastic stay
We recommend most heartily, the spacious & luxurious villa. The entire house is well ventilated & very comfortable for 8 people. The villa was well stacked with every convenience & facility we required. The swimming pool with turquoise blue water, was clean & our main delight. We recently stayed at a home away from home in Ibiza, and it was an absolute dream. This sleek, contemporary villa is nestled in the heart of the island, just a short walk from Santa Gertrudis village. The double height living room opens to a terrace with a stunning 20-meter pool. The fruit garden and private guest bedroom terrace were unique touches. The master suite is an oasis of luxury, and the separate guest house offers privacy. We enjoyed the over-flow pool and the convenience of being close to all that Ibiza has to offer. A vacation to remember!
