Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed at a home away from home for a week, and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa is massive, with 7 beautiful bedrooms and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The outdoor area is incredible - lush gardens, a large pool, a Jacuzzi, and even a bar! It was perfect for our family reunion. Plus, we enjoyed some fantastic meals at nearby restaurants. A big thanks to the team for all the help with booking and organizing everything. Definitely worth it if you want privacy and luxury combined.

Unforgettable stay in Tenerife!
Wow, a home away from home is something else! We were a group of 12 and still had more than enough space. The private beach was so peaceful, and the pool - wow! We loved the garden, it’s HUGE and so well-kept. There’s a lake, waterfall, and even a tropical sitting area to enjoy the view. The staff was super helpful too, and the booking process was a breeze. Highly recommend if you're looking for a luxury getaway with everything you need close by!

Gorgeous getaway!
Had an amazing time at this home! The place is huge and has everything you could ask for - from the pool to the gardens, even the wine cellar was a cool touch! We were a big group, and we had more than enough space to spread out. The beach and local dining were just a short drive away. Honestly, one of the best stays we’ve had!

Absolutely stunning villa!
The rental is beyond words. The gardens are out of this world, so peaceful and beautiful. The pool was perfect, and we spent so much time in the Jacuzzi. Our group of 14 had plenty of space, and the layout of the villa was just perfect. So close to the beach and some great restaurants too! We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay at the place was an ultimate luxury getaway. The villa's beautiful gardens, serene lake, and large heated pool created an enchanting atmosphere. A charming house
The property provided the backdrop to an incredibly relaxing holiday in a fabulous location. The agent were kind enough to provide food and wine on arrival, enabling a quiet first evening which set the tone for the week ahead. The beauty and elegance of the endless botanical gardens created a reluctance to leave the premises for a large majority of the stay. The grounds are so private and unique we rarely felt the need to venture out.
