A third bedroom features a trundle bed, ideal for children, with its own terrace access. Both bathrooms are contemporary and well-appointed, one with a semi-sunken bath and the other with a modern shower.
Outside, the villa offers a private 8m x 4m swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and a landscaped garden. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This was our second time booking with the same agency and once again, they nailed it. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. The villa felt cozy, clean, and modern. Our kids didn’t want to leave the pool. Definitely coming back!

Sunny escape with amazing views
We stayed for a week and loved every bit. The view from the terrace was unreal, especially at sunset. The pool was super clean, the kitchen had everything, and the place just felt peaceful. Perfect spot for a small family getaway.
