Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed here with a group of friends, and it was the best decision ever! So much space for everyone to relax, whether by the pool, in the guest house, or in the cozy living areas. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the sound system added a nice touch for poolside music. A 10/10 experience! Having a concierge service made everything so easy, from booking boat trips to arranging airport transfers. If you’re looking for a luxurious and stress-free stay in Ibiza, this is the place!

Incredible villa with top amenities
The villa was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Loved the fact that each bedroom had its own terrace and sea view-waking up to that was magical! The location was super convenient, close to beaches and great restaurants, but still felt private and exclusive. Will definitely book again.

The perfect luxury getaway
Everything about this villa was top-notch, from the spacious bedrooms to the beautifully designed living areas. The outdoor bar and BBQ area were great for evening meals, and the concierge service helped us with restaurant bookings and a private chef one night-totally worth it! Highly recommend for families or groups of friends.

Absolutely breathtaking!
This villa is a dream come true! The views are even more stunning than the photos, and the outdoor terrace with the pool is just perfect. We spent most of our time lounging by the pool, soaking up the incredible sea views. The location is peaceful, yet close enough to Santa Eulalia and some great beaches. Can’t wait to come back!

Its all even better than at the pictures!!
We stayed in the villa Panoramic with a group of 12 friends and it couldn't be better. Alba was very responsive from the beginning, the staff picked us up nearby the airport to guide us to the house upon arrival, which was definitely very helpful. Arrival/departure were both very pleasant and well organized. The villa and surroundings are gorgeous. With 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms there was plenty of space for us. The kitchen was huge and (very) well equipped, which was a big pro for us. There are also several terraces with lounge/dinner sets and bbq. Its all even better than at the pictures. The pool was also very nice. Very clean and big enough for the 12 of us, with plenty of sunbeds available. Thanks again Alba. Highly recommended!

A stunning villa in every sense
Our first visit to Ibiza has completely won us over not least because of the stunning the holiday home. An exceptionally high standard of decor and fittings, it had the feel of a luxury hotel but the comfort of a home. The bedrooms are very pretty, the kitchen spacious and well equipped. The outdoor eating area and pool is stunning, the loungers comfortable. We more or less prepared an evening meal with the freshly picked aubergine, courgette, tomatoes and chillies - fantastic. Would 100% recommend this villa for a relaxing and comfortable holiday in a lovely spot.

Stunning!
Having spent a week in this amazing villa, I can't recommend it highly enough. The houses and grounds are immaculately presented, and there are so many different areas to explore we were spoilt for choice whether eating, drinking or just hanging out: a lovely pool and terrace with outside bar; long tables under palm trees. All the rooms are beautifully designed, so spacious for the group staying, everyone had so much room to relax. The whole place is beautiful inside and out, has to be seen to be believed! Would return in a heartbeat - a perfect place to spend a holiday in the lap of luxury.
