The master bedroom features a double bed, while the guest bedroom has two single beds, ideal for families or friends. One bathroom includes a shower and the other a bathtub, providing convenience and comfort for all guests.
The spacious living room is cozy and inviting, with a flat-screen TV offering Satellite channels in Spanish, German, English, and French, as well as a DVD player for entertainment. The adjacent dining area is perfect for shared meals, connected to a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances including a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machines (including Nespresso), toaster, blender, and juicer.
Outside, the private saltwater pool measures 4m x 7.5m and uses a natural chlorination system for refreshing swims. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This place was exactly what we needed! A week in total relaxation. The villa was spotless, and the pool was amazing-loved that it was saltwater! We spent mornings having breakfast on the terrace and afternoons swimming. Close to the beach, but the peacefulness of the villa made it feel like a true escape. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect for a quiet getaway!
We had an amazing time here! The villa is super private and the garden is so pretty. It’s a short drive to the beach, but honestly, we loved spending most of our time in the pool and the summer lounge area. The kitchen was fully stocked, so cooking was a breeze. Small slice of paradise!
Absolutely loved our stay at this luxury retreat! The saltwater pool was so refreshing, and we spent hours relaxing by the pool in the lush garden. Everything was so peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The villa itself was cozy and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot if you want to chill out in a beautiful place!

Well Appointed villa in a lovely Location
A lovely property with a higher than usual standard of fixtures and fittings - comfy sun beds, lovely pool and a well furnished and maintained property. Free airport transfer and heated pool... We'll definitely return.
