Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Lovely villa, beautiful sea view in a very good location. The heated pool was a huge advantage for a young family, as it allowed the little ones to stay in the water longer. Would love to return. Thank you for a wonderful week. We have some very special family memories.

Fantastic Location
When we got to the villa we had a lovely welcome pack waiting for us which we were grateful for as we arrived late. The villa was exactly what we wanted. The Kitchen was very well equipped, the lounge was a good chill out area as was the veranda with its great sea views. All of the bedrooms were light and airy with good Air Con. We loved the pool. We will always remember this villa and would like to thank Marco and Sara for being such great hosts. You have a lovely villa in a lovely part of Spain.
