An additional full bathroom with a shower and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination complete the sleeping arrangements. A crib and highchair are available for young children. The villa is dog-friendly with a maximum of one pet.
The interior includes a large bright kitchen and dining area with dishwasher, a long wooden table, and a round table in the living room. The living room features comfortable sofas, a fireplace that can also be used as a grill, books, and a flatscreen TV. A loft area provides extra seating and a quiet spot for relaxation or napping.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Spent 6 days here with friends and it was just what we needed. Great mix of comfort and nature. The walk to the village was short, and we loved exploring the nearby park. The loft was my quiet corner every morning with a coffee and a book.

Loved the outdoor space!
The pool area was just fantastic - clean and private. We cooked outside most nights and relaxed under the orange trees. Everything was so easy with the agency, super friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend if you’re after a laid-back holiday.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful setting
This villa has such a warm, homely feel. Mornings by the pool were calm, and evenings with the BBQ were perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped, beds comfy, and we really appreciated that it’s pet-friendly. The whole family, including our dog, had the best time!

Perfect family getaway
We spent a week here with the kids and loved every minute. The garden felt like a small paradise - hammock, swing, citrus trees, everything! The pool was spotless, and the villa had everything we needed. Such a peaceful and cozy spot near Dénia.
