Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This hideaway exceeded all our expectations! From the luxurious interior to the breathtaking terrace views, everything was perfect. The nearby Michelin-star restaurants were a highlight of our trip, and the staff helped us arrange a private tour of the island. Incredible Golf & Relaxation
If you're into golf, this is the place to stay! The Abama Golf course was world-class, with stunning scenery. After a day on the course, coming back to the villa’s private jacuzzi and pool was pure bliss. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the comforts of home. Amazing Stay for Families
We stayed here with our kids, and it was just perfect! The villa is super spacious, and having a private pool was a game changer. We a family of 8 had a most enjoyable week in June at this charming accommodation. It is situated in a lovely area of Guia de Isora Tenerife. The villa itself was perfect with every home comfort and very clean and lovely outdoor areas including pool. I would highly recommend this villa.

Lovely modern villa in Tenerife
This is a great family villa with the latest amenities to make your stay comfortable. You will not be disappointed with the villa, it has a great pool and amazing views the villa comes highly recommended and we hope to book this villa again for another family vacation.
