Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at this charming accommodation I was a tranquil paradise in Tías. The elegantly decorated interior, with beautiful wall paintings and high-quality furniture, created a serene atmosphere. The spacious kitchen and dining room added convenience. The outdoor pool, surrounded by large clay amphorae, and the multiple terraces with deck chairs provided the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.

Lovely villa
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, luxury villa. It was very clean and tidy with everything you need. The staff arranged airport transfer, very helpful especially organising car, boat and chef hire which helped us. The villa is very spacious with a fab pool. There are plenty of sun loungers and lots of sunny or shady space. Highly Recommended for a family or group holiday.

What can I say. From the moment we walked through the door we were overwhelmed by the quality and attention to detail in the villa. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday it was exceptional. The villa is at walking distanceto all interest points ( bars, restaurants, beach, etc). I highly recommend.

Beautiful house with unbeatable views, a lot of privacy and that does not lack detail. The owners always treated us super well and we didn't have any problems. The pity was that our stay there ended because it is paradise within Spain. I recommend it to everyone
