The heated pool has generous dimensions of about 8 m × 4 m, providing ample space for both leisurely swims and family fun throughout the year.
Inside, the lounge is tastefully decorated and features two sofas, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV, with patio doors opening to the pool terrace and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a breakfast bar, and a table with chairs by a bright window. A utility room is conveniently located next to the kitchen, with direct access to the parking area.
The main villa offers three bedrooms: a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and terrace doors leading to the pool area, and two twin bedrooms that share a bathroom. One twin room includes a double bed and a separate single bed. A separate WC is also available. The self-contained annexe by the pool features a double bed, en-suite shower, TV, and kitchenette, ideal for families seeking privacy.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed as two couples and two teens, and what we appreciated most was how easy everything felt. The annexe by the pool became the teens’ “little house,” and they loved having their own kitchenette. My favourite part was the roof terrace at sunset-there’s something about those sea views mixed with the sound of Palm-Mar evenings that just slows you down in a good way. We tried a few restaurants within walking distance, including one small spot near the roundabout that had great grilled fish. The saltwater pool stayed warm enough for morning swims, and the loungers were comfy enough that I ended up reading half the holiday away. The property manager sent clear check-in info, which helped a lot since we arrived late. Overall, it felt like a proper home rather than a rental.

Relaxed stay
Our group of eight liked that we had several places to spread out. Some of us spent mornings on the roof terrace having coffee while others stayed downstairs by the pool. The bedroom with terrace access was super handy because I could slip out for a quick dip without waking the others. One afternoon we hiked Montaña de Guaza and came back completely tired, so we just sat in the chill-out area watching the mountains turn orange. The kitchen was bright and easy to use, and the utility room made drying beach towels simple.

Great setup for a small family group
We stayed five nights and the layout actually worked better than expected. The annexe was ideal for my parents since they like their own space, and we used the main kitchen for breakfasts before heading out. One morning we walked to Playa Arenita for a swim and later grabbed lunch at a small bar nearby. The garden felt well kept and the heated pool made late swims really comfortable.

Amazing Holiday!
the villa is well equipped with every thing that you need. the pool area is fantastic with plenty of sun beds and tables for dining. also has a built-in BBQ. bedrooms are comfortable with some toiletries provided. there is a games space with pool table, table tennis and fastball. overall we had a great time and stay at the villa, appeared to be the only villa occupied at the time so the noise we made didn't bother anybody :))). Overall would definitely stay here again!! Would definitely stay here again.

Superb!
Just got back from a great week in Tenerife! We booked this seaside retreat last July and we was not disappointed. I've been to Tenerife a lot, normally stay in hotels but couldn't fault the villa. This villa would be a excellent choice - walking distance to beaches, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. WoW!!!

Great holiday in an amazing villa
We have just returned from an amazing stay at this elegant home from Palm Mar Tenerife and would highly recommend it. We were a family group of 8, and stayed from 11th June until the 18th. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, he went massively out of his way to even book taxis to explore the island as and when required. The villa had everything right down to large supplies of bottled water which was delivered during the week. The pool area was ideal for our family to spend time together in the sun and we made use of the huge BBQ at night. I highly recommend this villa!.
