Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa! Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful to us. The villa is very well equipped and quite clean making our stay worry free and enjoyable. The information provided in the write up was very accurate to what we found when we arrived. The town and the other small towns locally were a pleasure to explore and we were lucky enough to have great weather for our stay. We enjoyed the pool as it was heated for us, and the sun welcomed us on the terrace every morning. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone else interested in a peaceful vacation in Gran Canaria.

Amazing
The position and quality of this villa makes life easy. We found this villa had really easy access to bars, restaurants and shopping by either relaxed walking or, if absolutely necessary, by car. The atmosphere of the area is one of relaxed quietness, which encourages exploration and discovery of the compact surroundings while taking time to enjoy drinks at the many good bars or taking more time over the excellent dining. The villa facilities were excellent and of a high standard.

The villa was in a lovely quite location with stunning views. The villa had everything you could need, it worked really well for us, plenty of space if people needed time on their own. Indoors was very comfortable and nicely decorated with everything you could need, it was good to have the option of central heating as needed most evening. Had a few games of table tennis and went out and about each day so many lovely places to see and restaurants to choose from, even tried to keep up the exercise by walking down to the supermarket and back with a large water. A brilliant time was had by all and we would highly recommend This hideawaylito.
