Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed here for a week with friends, and it was amazing. The villa is beautiful, with all the little touches that make a stay special. The pool and terrace were our favorite spots. The beach is close, and we also enjoyed a few local dives. If you’re looking for a relaxed but luxurious stay, this is the place!

What a view, what a place!
We had an unforgettable time at the stay. The view from the living room was just stunning, and the villa was super comfortable. The location is great, too - a quiet area, but just a short walk to everything. The kids loved the pool and the beach, and we enjoyed some amazing evenings on the terrace. Great service from the team - they really made everything easy for us!

This place is a gem! The location right by the sea is incredible, and the villa itself has everything you could need. The pool was perfect for cooling off, and the outdoor area is super relaxing. Great family getaway
This stylish property was the perfect spot for our family vacation. We loved the big terrace with those sea views. The kids loved the pool, and the beach was just down the road. We also had a great time checking out the promenade nearby. Will definitely be back!
