Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We absolutely loved our time at this elegant home! The villa is stylish, modern, and extremely comfortable. The large pool was perfect for the kids, and the outdoor entertainment area was fantastic for family BBQs. The guest cottage was a great addition, offering extra space and privacy. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, and Puerto del Rosario had everything we needed, from markets to great restaurants. We highly recommend this elegant home for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing holiday in Fuerteventura!

An Amazing Family Retreat!
Our stay at the rental was absolutely perfect! The villa itself is stunning, with spacious living areas and a beautifully designed pool that became our favorite spot to relax. The covered terraces were ideal for enjoying meals outside, and the built-in BBQ area made outdoor dining so enjoyable. We also loved the guest cottage, which gave us privacy while still being part of the main villa. The location is great, with Puerto del Rosario just a short drive away, offering plenty of shops and places to eat. Highly recommend this villa for a luxurious getaway!
