Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were a mix of adults and older teens, and the layout made it easy for everyone to do their own thing. The ground-floor rooms gave privacy, while the main living area kept us together for meals and late chats. A couple of us liked taking the lift up to the master suite terrace just to watch the colours at sunset. One afternoon we asked the host for ideas nearby and ended up walking to a viewpoint over La Caleta we wouldn’t have found ourselves. Even the basement room got used for card games after dinner. It was one of those places where the days felt slow and easy.

A place that made us slow down in the best way
We came for a chilled week with family and spent so much time around the infinity pool just watching the light change over the ocean. The kitchen island became our hangout spot before dinners, and the outdoor table for 12 was perfect for long evenings outside. Really appreciated how quiet the whole area was.

Ocean terrace mornings that felt unreal
We stayed here as a group of 8 adults and loved waking up to those huge glass doors opening straight to the views over Barranco del Inglés. Most mornings we had coffee on the terrace before heading to Bahia del Duque. The house felt super open and calm the whole week.

Exellent vacation
We just got back from a week in Tenerife staying at the lovely villa in La Caleta. This villa is just lovely. It is situated in a very quiet part of the town and close to the main road so it is easy to get in and out of the town. The villa is better than what you would imagine from the pictures which are already amazing. The swimming pool was much bigger than it looks in the pictures and the whole place was so clean and tidy. The service we received before booking and during our stay was great.
The manager was very quick to reply to questions we had about the villa before our arrival and made our stay very comfortable by attending to any small requirements. The bedrooms were a good size, the master bedroom is huge and leads out to the sun room with a lovely view of the swimming pool. The views from all the balconies were gorgeous. We enjoyed having our dinner and breakfast out on the terrace. There was ample space for all 8 of us and a 3 year old baby.
The best part of the villa was definitely the pool and the views. All my family had a lovely stay and would definitely go back any time!

Wowee!!!! Fab villa
Wow. What a villa!!! I have just returned after a girlie week with friends. The villa is amazing. The host met us and gave us a tour of the villa but it wasn't until he left you realised the size of it. If you wanted peace and quiet you could find it! The furniture and fittings were first class. The pool was lovely. The view was incredible. I just need a wee lottery win to come back !!!

Just returned from a week stay at the rental with the whole family (12 people). The host was welcoming, friendly and helpful - we loved staying here. Enough space for everyone and incredibly well equipped! Beautiful setting - everything accessible but plenty of peace and quiet!

Lovely villa in great location
Just returned from a week at this lovely villa, couldn't fault it. It is clean, very spacious, great pool with plenty of outside space, lots of sun loungers and towels provided. It is in a perfect location, easy walking distance to shops, supermarket, beach and some very good restaurants. Booking the villa is easy and straight forward, Mirabel, the property manager is very helpful. Will definitely be going back!
