Perched on top of a mountainside, you have some of the greatest vistas you may ever see in all of Europe.
Whilst outdoors reflects countryside lodgings, entering the villa you will find that the home sits like a modern masterpiece. The walls and areas have been decorated with the finest furniture and art pieces to add character and colour to what are neutral and dark tones. In the living area, as well as televisions to watch flicks, a fancy fireplace will help make the nights more tender. This home comes with everything you need to enjoy a fully catered stay, including a clean-lined kitchen, perfectly set with everything you need to whip up amazing dishes. You can enjoy food with constant panoramic views, as the Barcelona designer of this property has ensured that windows and outdoor areas face the hills and valleys of the area.
The retreat features a main house, where eight guests can sleep across four bedrooms. Three rooms host double-beds and one houses twin singles, so there's no need to fuss over sleeping arrangements and there's even a separate lodging on the estate, so you can bring over an additional two more guests. The casita has been set with a bathroom, a private kitchen and another living room and a bedroom with another double bed.
Outdoors, you will understand the essence of this property. Granting panoramic views of the hills, valleys and mountains of Girona, you will be captivated and mesmerised every moment you spend out here. You can enjoy views on outdoor seating on the terrace, or while you dine alfresco, as the kitchen area and dining table opens up to the terrace. When it gets hot, or you feel to take it easy, head into the infinity-edged pool, natural and without chlorine or salt!

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This cozy place provided breathtaking views and ultimate relaxation. We were awestruck by the mountain vistas and enjoyed the cozy yet modern design of the villa. Our group of eight had a wonderful time, and the separate casita was a great addition. The infinity pool and outdoor terrace were perfect for soaking in the natural beauty. We had an amazing stay.

A Tranquil Retreat in the Mountains
Our family of six had an incredible time at the accommodation. The tranquility and breathtaking views here made our holiday unforgettable. Incredible Property
We stayed at this charming accommodation with our daughter, grown sons and their girlfriends as a place to gather - coming together from France and Canada. The property is spectacular, with some of the most beautiful sunrises viewed directly from the bedrooms. The orange trees laden with fruit were an especially tasty winter bonus. Some of the best oranges we’ve ever had. The kitchen is very well equipped (we cook a lot and it had everything we needed). The home very was comfortable and and we enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the living room. All in all a very enjoyable stay!

Breathtaking Views
We had a wonderful stay at the stay. Guy is an incredibly welcoming and responsive host. The villa is beautifully designed and the views are breathtaking! It is evident that a lot of love and care has been put into the property. It is extremely quiet and peaceful and we loved being able to step out the front door and walk along the trails through the forest. It was a privilege to stay here and we hope to return one day!

Stunning in every way!
We had a wonderful time at the accommodation. Everything was really great, the location, the facilities, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, the wonderful pool and the view. Simply stunning. The support from Guy was also excellent. There was an answer within a very short time and everything was always solved quickly. We stayed with our adult children and their partners. It is big enough for everyone to have their privacy, but at the same time you can do a lot together. It's not far to the sea, nor to Girona. We should have shopped more often in the market hall in Girona. The selection is simply fantastic. Many thanks for the hospitality

perfect holiday!
The modern yet authentic house is beautifully designed and decorated, with large gardens all around. It is situated on a hill in the forest, with a breathtaking view on the mountains and all towards the sea. The house has lots of space and all rooms have a special design. The large kitchen/dining area is very well equipped and has a beautiful view on the large infinity pool. A morning swim in this pool was a perfect start of the day! Both Girona and the beaches on the Costa Brava are well reachable by car. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.
