The villa's secluded entrance, accessed from a quiet cul-de-sac just five minutes from Port of Portals or Palma city, opens onto a Balinese-style garden overlooking the marina. A colonnaded marble terrace serves as the heart of the property, extending into a lounge with TV and speakers. Travertine steps lead down to the Zen-inspired marble saltwater swimming pool with fountains, alfresco dining area, and a black marble hot tub. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

A dream holiday in Mallorca

Stunning villa with everything you need
This villa has it all-spectacular views, a gorgeous pool, a private gym, and even a home cinema. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we enjoyed preparing meals before dining al fresco on the terrace. The nearby beach was lovely, and Palma was just a short drive away for shopping and nightlife. Can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect for a family getaway
We traveled with our extended family, and this villa was ideal! The spacious bedrooms, multiple living areas, and beautiful terrace gave everyone their own space while allowing us to enjoy meals and time together. Fantastic Stay
Having arrived at a home away from home we felt relaxed straight away. Very well equipped and everything you would need and lovely and clean. Amazing views with beautiful sunsets and our girls 13/15 enjoyed the late night swims in the pool as we enjoyed watching the sun go down. We had a lovely welcome pack with bread, ham, fruit plus some wine beer and soft drinks which was really appreciated. Nearby are some great Tavernas all serving good food and excellent service. Although the surrounding areas were great we enjoyed lazy days sat by the pool admiring the views. Late evening the villa had Sky TV numerous DVDs and good books to read. A big thank you to the agency for being great hosts and keeping the villa clean and looked after. We did appreciate all the daily necessities provided like washing powder, dish washer tablets, washing up liquid. We hope to be back soon. Thank you very much.

Great villa, great comfort, great relax
We spent a great 10 days in this beautiful estate. Everything has been perfect and we never enjoyed such a relaxing holiday. I want to let you know that what has been different from all our precedent experiences has been the presence and kindness of all staff. You can hire a boat and a private chef.....great service. This Is simply unique!

Alba was a great property manager, location perfect and the view stunning. We have been to Mallorca a number of times and the villa stands out! The villa has a very good distribution of the rooms.
