Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at this home was fantastic. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed having plenty of space for everyone. The villa is in a quiet location but still close enough to beaches and restaurants. The outdoor BBQ and terrace were perfect for evenings together. We especially enjoyed visiting Lobos Island and Corralejo’s dunes-so much to explore nearby!

A luxurious and peaceful retreat
We had an incredible stay at this spacious villa. The villa is modern, clean, and well-equipped, with a fantastic kitchen and cozy living area. The steam room was a great touch, and the garden area felt like a private paradise. Being close to Corralejo Natural Park and El Cotillo Beach was a huge plus. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing villa for a relaxing holiday!
This holiday spot was the perfect escape for our family! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The heated pool was a highlight, and the outdoor dining area made our evenings extra special. The location is great-peaceful but still close to beaches and shops. Highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

Lovely villa with great view and great location
Being a group of 8, we rented the entire villa for a week. Everything matched the description from the rental site we used. The view was spectacular, as was the house. The pool was much appreciated (heated and good size).We would definitely recommend this villa or one of its apartments to others wanting to visit Fuerteventura!

Fabulous!
The villa is spectacular, its fully equipped with anything you could possibly need and Caroline are beyond helpful with the booking terms & condition. I have never felt more welcome on a holiday and was blown away by the accommodation and location. A beautiful environment for a fabulous getaway, if you ever want to feel like a celebrity, this is the place. I am desperate to go back, thank you so much.

Amazing villa
I stayed here for my father's 60th birthday along with 6 others. I couldn't fault this villa. A stunning place, the rooms were amazing, so peaceful. A dream property. I'd definitely recommend this to a family for a holiday.
