Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Had an unforgettable holiday at this charming accommodation! The villa is gorgeous-so spacious and modern, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The heated pool and Jacuzzi were awesome, and we spent a lot of time outside enjoying the beautiful weather. The solarium was the highlight-amazing views of the ocean! The location was perfect too-quiet and peaceful, but still close to everything in Costa Adeje. We did some hiking at Barranco del Infierno and spent a day at Siam Park. Everything was perfect, and we hope to come back soon!

Luxury, privacy, and comfort
This retreat is luxury at its finest. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute. The villa has everything you could need-beautiful design, spacious rooms, and high-end amenities. The outdoor space is amazing, with a private garden, a heated pool, and that stunning Jacuzzi. We especially loved the rooftop solarium with the ocean views-truly the perfect place to unwind. The villa is also very private, which was great for us as we wanted a peaceful retreat. Close enough to Playa del Duque and the golf course for some adventure, but perfect for relaxing as well. We’ll definitely return!

Unforgettable stay in Tenerife
Wow, where do I even start? This charming accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. The villa is beautifully designed, super modern, and very comfortable. We were a group of 8, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The outdoor area is just perfect-the heated pool and Jacuzzi were such a treat. We loved relaxing on the solarium, taking in those gorgeous ocean views. Plus, it’s located in such a peaceful area, but still close enough to the action in Costa Adeje. We’re already planning our next stay!

The perfect retreat!
We had the most incredible time at the villa! The villa itself is stunning, with spacious rooms, amazing ocean views, and a beautiful pool. We loved spending time on the rooftop solarium. The location was so peaceful, but we were just a short drive away from all the beaches and restaurants. A huge thanks to the team for making everything so easy for us!

Stunning villa!
The rental was amazing! The views from the solarium were absolutely breathtaking, and we spent hours just soaking it all in. The pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Such a peaceful location, but still close to Costa Adeje. A perfect getaway for our family!

Superb villa
Just back from a great holiday. The villa had everything we could wish for and was much larger than I thought. The swimming pool was lovely and large enough for a proper swim and the sunbeds meant we spent a lot of time around by the pool. The villa was clean and well maintained and a joy to stay in and we would recommended it to family and friends and we have already booked for next year.

Great villa and great hosts
The accommodation was terrific and the location was great as well. We spent a lot of time in the pool and out and about in restaurants near by. We hope to be back soon! Still here and don't want to leave !!!!
We enjoyed a wonderful week at this fabulous villa in mid-October. The villa is every bit as luxurious and contemporary as the description.the villa contains all the facilities a family needs; plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, clean comfortable beds, well equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, huge flat-screen television, loads of storage in the bedrooms. Outside there's a pool and lovely grassy sun-terrace, also hidden around the back of the villa there's a storage area with a Weber BBQ.
