Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed at this getaway for a week with a group of friends, and it was just perfect. The villa is spacious and very well-equipped, and the pool area was just amazing. We spent a lot of time outdoors, enjoying the views and the peaceful surroundings. The agency helped us book a private chef for a few meals, and the food was incredible. A dream holiday by the sea
A home away from home was everything we hoped for and more. The villa is absolutely stunning, with plenty of space for all 8 of us. The bathrooms were luxurious, and we especially loved the double en suite in the master bedroom. The infinity pool is a real highlight, and we spent hours in it just enjoying the view. The agency did a great job arranging our airport transfers and even a private boat tour to Calella. I can’t recommend this villa enough for anyone wanting a luxurious stay on the Costa Brava.

Perfect family retreat
We stayed here as a family of 6 and couldn’t have asked for a better villa! The location was ideal, with Llafranc beach and its restaurants just a short walk down the hill. The villa itself was beautiful, especially the living areas with those gorgeous ocean views. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed relaxing on the terraces. Incredible villa with stunning views
Our stay at this villa was beyond amazing. The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially from the pool area-it truly felt like the infinity pool blended right into the Mediterranean! The villa was gorgeous and spacious, with the most comfortable bedrooms. The location was perfect too, just a short walk to Llafranc beach. We even got to take advantage of the concierge service to plan a wine tasting tour in Empordà, which was such a great experience.
