Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

ideal for big families
We traveled with two families and this hideaway Drossos was perfect. Spacious bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, and the garden is a dream-plenty of space for kids to play and adults to lounge. The pool is amazing, and the BBQ and outdoor dining area made every meal special.

stunning views, total comfort
We had a wonderful time at this villa. It’s beautifully kept with lots of cozy corners to unwind, plus five different terraces! We especially loved morning coffee on the roof terrace with the valley stretching out in front of us. Super relaxing and still close enough to beaches and town.

peaceful paradise in the hills
This retreat Drossos was everything we hoped for-spacious, private, and surrounded by nature. The mountain and valley views from the terraces were incredible. The pool was huge, and the kids loved having their own little pool too. Perfect spot for a quiet, relaxing getaway.
