A second dining area is situated at the front of the house, and a convenient poolside shower room ensures comfort during poolside relaxation. Electric entrance gates lead to a driveway with parking for at least two hire cars, providing easy access to the villa.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The property is lovely and comfortable. Sunny place to relax and there are dining tables in the sun and in the shade. It is all well-equipped with kitchen gadgets, towels and a utility room for washing clothes.

Fantastic villa
A stunning place to stay - the photos do not do it justice! The place is huge with everything you need for a more than comfortable stay. A real home from home. We had three young children with us who loved it as much as the adults did. We would definitely recommend the villa and would happily rebook for next year. We will definitely be booking here again.
