Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The layout worked well because the bedrooms were spread out enough that everyone had some privacy. The kids loved the pool, and the fenced garden made things feel safe when they ran around. We tried the Santanyi Market mid-week and picked up a few things before heading to Cala Santanyí for a swim. Evenings inside were cozy with the fireplace on low, and the AC helped on the warmer nights. The house felt simple and comfortable without overthinking anything.

Relaxed week with plenty of space
The house felt calm from day one, mostly because of the garden. We ended up spending a lot of time outside, just moving between the terrace and the pool. The kitchen was easy to use, so we cooked most evenings and ate outdoors since the air stayed warm. One morning we walked to the beach, sat in the sand for a while, then came back for a slow afternoon by the pool. The neighborhood stayed quiet, which made the whole stay feel peaceful.

WONDERFUL
Wonderful villa with excellent facilities. Stayed for a week and didn't want to go home!. Everything needed for a perfect escape and that is what we had. Only wish we had booked a longer stay. Alba was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We will be back.

Fantastic villa in great location
The villa was in a fantastic location within walking distance from the beach, shops and great restaurants. I havent rented a villa for a holiday abroad before but it was very easy, largely due to the excellent communication with the property manager and I would certainly recommend this villa.
