The ground floor features a master bedroom with king-size bed, a playroom or nursery with a sofa bed and toys, and a large, fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, cookware, cutlery, and crockery. The spacious living room includes independent reading areas and open-plan spaces for family gatherings, all with easy access to the pool and outdoor terraces.
Upstairs, the villa offers additional bedrooms: two single bedrooms with twin beds, one double bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom, and a master suite with a large bed, en-suite bathroom, and balcony showcasing traditional Canarian architecture. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Before arriving in Tenerife, we connected with Francesca and he kindly provided us all information needed. Free airport transfer was available, the housekeeper came over and explained everything we needed! the villa was clean and we truly loved the time spent there. I highly recommend this villa...amazing holiday!!!
