The property is eco-friendly, utilising passive solar energy and underfloor climate control with automatic humidity regulation to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature year-round. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Great villa with amazing view
This villa is a great place to spend holiday with big family or group of friends. We stayed at this hideaway for a week. It is big, modern, and very comfortable. You can feel like in your own home. The villa is equipped with high quality devices. there is a lot of space outside. The villa was well maintained with daily cleaning included in the rental. The property manager, Alba, is an perfect host and gave us some excellent recommendations and was accessible during our whole stay. His staff gave us some local products (e.g. including fresh eggs) what made the stay even nicer. We felt very welcome. It was a great week. We highly recommend this place.

Stunning
Just returned from over week's stay with some friends here and all I can say is book this villa if you are considering a large family in Benahavis. The villa and view are both stunning and the level of comfort is outstanding. This villa has absolutely everything you need for self catering and was immactulately clean when we arrived. 8 of us stayed there and we never felt like we were getting in each other's way or on top of each other as the place is so spacious. If you can drag yourself away from the pool and the view and wish to explore the area you're in easy reach of lovely beaches and other attractions. Private and safe location...i highly recommend this villa for a large family, two family or a group......just amazing.

Perfect Services
Alba was the perfect property manager and the housekeeper made us feel very welcome. The house was beautiful with a great pool/terrace area. I would advise this venue to any group or family looking for a great vacation in Benahavis. I highly recommend!
