Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We all had a fabulous weeks holiday here. Location was perfect, beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Plenty of room in the villa.

Majorca villa in Can Pastilla
Location excellent, next to rocky beach which our children loved just a few minutes walk to a sandy beach, plenty of restaurants nearby and a couple of small supermarkets, we were able to do an on line shop with carrfore, the villa was fine a little bit dated and the kitchen could do with some sorting out but all in all no problems.

Think this has to be one of the best views we have ever had...wow! Every day took it in! 2 adults and 6 yes 6 teenage girls! Property was perfect for this size group. All bathrooms have been updated. Bedrooms were all fine, lounge was lovely. Kitchen needs updating but hopefully on holiday you won't spend too much time in there! Fantastic through the booking process and as usual nothing too much for him. One day we had a blocked toilet and WITHIN 15 minutes he had organised for it to be fixed!
