Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
A home away from home, a coastal luxury retreat, left us in awe. The spacious living room with a green corner sofa and fireplace created a cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen and modern glass dining table made family dinners memorable. The private swimming pool and landscaped garden with Mediterranean views added to the allure.

Excellent
Travelled with a group of friends, four couples. Lovely villa in an excellent location with loads of bars and restaurants nearby. The space was wonderful and no fighting for sunbeds. Huge outdoor space for sunbathing, sitting out and eating al fresco, and the huge bonus of a private pool. The help we got from the manager, was very much appreciated, and very helpful, All the villa facilities were first class and we enjoyed it so much we are already thinking of booking for next year.

Excellent for a family or group
This place is amazing. We are a family of 8, 4 adults and 4 teenagers and all really enjoyed the villa. Loads and loads of space, private away from the crowds and exceptionally clean. Looks like new the moment you walk through the door. The pool area is huge, direct access to the beach. We could of stayed another 2 weeks we enjoyed it that much. UK TV, a great little Italian restaurant 2 mins drive away and a small supermarket at the garage within walking distance. We will definitely be returning again again and again.
