Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed at this spacious villa for a week, and it was fantastic. The villa itself is beautiful-everything is so clean and well-kept. The sea views from the terrace were just incredible. We loved having our meals outside on the shaded terrace and relaxing by the infinity pool. The main bedroom was a perfect retreat, with its own kitchenette and private balcony. Big thanks to the agency for helping with the booking and making our stay seamless. A perfect spot for a family getaway!

Stunning views and perfect location!
Had an amazing time at this luxury retreat! The views were absolutely breathtaking-waking up to the sight of the sea every morning was unreal. The infinity pool was just perfect to cool off after a sunny day. The villa was spacious, and the bedrooms were comfy. We really enjoyed the privacy, especially the separate single room at the back, which was ideal for our teen. Booking with the agency was a breeze, and everything went smoothly. Can’t wait to return!
