The private pool terrace offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. The lawned garden borders the pool, creating an ideal area for play or picnics. Double gates open onto a private parking area for hire cars, leading to the villa entrance porch.
Inside, the entrance hall leads to a spacious lounge and dining area with a traditional solid wood floor. Patio doors open onto the exterior dining terrace and garden. An archway divides this area from the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a small breakfast table and access to the utility room.
On the ground floor, two twin bedrooms share a bathroom, while a double bedroom features an en suite shower room and dressing area. Upstairs, a large twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, dressing area, and patio doors opens onto a terrace with scenic countryside views.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Beautiful villa and peaceful location
What a fantastic place for a family holiday! This spacious villa is perfectly located close to Mahon but still offers total privacy. The home is beautifully maintained, with a pool that was perfect for our kids. The shallow splash area was a hit! The garden is lovely, and the BBQ was a great way to enjoy the evenings. Great villa for families

EXCELLENT!!!
Our stay at this charming accommodation was wonderful. The home itself is beautiful, very clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. There are also lots of personal touches which make it feel very homely. the property manager, Alba, was very friendly and helpful. The host visited regularly to maintain the pool and grounds (always at a time suitable for us), and nothing was too much trouble for him.

Beautiful villa, a real luxurious home from home, in picturesque surroundings
We had a fabulous holiday in this lovely villa. The villa had everything we needed, extremely clean (thank you to Helen!). Loads of space, big bedrooms which were very cool as the air con was very efficient. Lovely pool. Great position for exploring the island. Beach towels were a bonus. We really didn't want to leave and will definately visit again.
