The upper floor includes the master bedroom, a fully equipped open kitchen with wine cellar, coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, mixer, and fridge, as well as a spacious open-plan living and dining area with access to the pool terrace.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Dreamy vacation at this cozy place
This stylish property is hands down one of the best places we've stayed! It’s located in a peaceful area with panoramic sea views that you just can't get enough of. The villa itself is so modern and well-equipped. We loved cooking in the kitchen and eating outdoors by the pool while watching the sunset. The proximity to the beach and local spots was ideal.
