Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
I can truely say I have never stayed in a place with such an amazing view, and I stayed in a few villas in my time!! We even had a full on lighting storm one evening which we watched from the most amazing auditorium!!! The villa itself had everything we needed and more, so many personal and thoughtful touches, beach towels were a godsend. The hosts were so helpful and did not mind us picking their brains about the area and what to do and see. I would so recommend this for a group, loads of room so that we not in each other's pockets. Loved it and will be back in the area very soon.

Paradise of a villa
The whole family enjoyed our vacation at this retreat. Such a unique first class experience for all of our family of all ages. We really liked your hospitality of fresh bread quince jam and Olive oil on arrival. The villa was very well stocked with all equipment we needed. The views were out of this world. We had a meal cooked for us one evening and that was really Authentic Spanish food and it was delicious. Thanks for fantastic holiday. Looking at booking this retreat next when we get chance.

Great villa in quiet location
We stayed 12 people at this great villa for a complete week. The villa and its location are great, quiet, relax and safe. The villa is well equipped with everything needed for a long stay. Free airport transfer and free welcome pack was available. We highly recommend this place !!!

Gorgeous Mediterranean Escape in a Timeless Setting
A short drive from the charming town of Pollensa, the finca is home to an ancient Roman aqueduct and tens of goats and sheep, some bunnies, and a few chickens. We didn't mind stepping over goat and rabbit poop, but wish we'd had some advance warning to wear the right shoes. The setting was ideal for long lazy wine-filled dinners. The house dates back to the 1200s in places. Rooms are bright, and beds comfortable, I highly recommend this villa!!
