The villa spans three levels. The lower ground floor houses the mosaic-tiled heated pool and a fitness area with gym equipment. Three of the four bedrooms-one double and two twins-are also located here.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
What an amazing villa, it gave a feeling of peace and tranquility. The villa itself has a large pool and plenty of eating places outside. It is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated and furnished, also very well equipped, I can’t think of anything more that would be needed. Our hosts were friendly and attentive with lots of information, their main aim is to make sure you have the best holiday, we did. We will definitely be back.

Excellent villa & Beautiful location
We've recently just got back from this villa, we went with friends and family (full house) the villa was briliant, it has everything there, bathroom towels, hairdryers 1 in each room, blow ups for the pool just everything! perfect... Our kids loved it in the pool, there is a great play area for the kids for which they spent most mornings playing there...... I would def be visiting the villa again.

First class villa
Got back from a week's stay in Casa Binife. 8 of us stayed at the villa and we throughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend to anyone. The villa is so well equipped and is beautifully decorated and clean. The pool is very large and heated. The owners have literally thought of every last detail to make it a wonderful holiday. We were very sad to come home but we will return.
