Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa was very spacious, our party ages ranged from 10 years old to 67 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a nice size and was the focal point for the younger half of our family.The rooms were spacious and everything in the villa was of high quality and very clean. I would highly recommend this villa to everyone.

WONDERFUL villa IN GREAT LOCATION
The Best Vila we have been to and we have been going to Majorca for 6+ years. The modern interior was relaxing and made the holiday all the more enjoyable. The Villas was very well thought out and everything was provided. The cleanliness of the villa on arrival was exceptional. Location was perfect. Will definitely be returning. A Perfect Holiday.

Lovely villa and great location
Stayed at villa for 2 weeks. The quality of this villa is superb. There is everything you want and more. Pool is lovely and clean with plenty of room to enjoy the sun. Included in the villa are high quality, like the rest of the villa, ceiling fans. These are very good but given the amazing temp in July of 36 degrees the fans were pushing hot air around. With regards to the property manager, was excellent in answering questions before booking and supported me after booking was made. Would I go back? Absolutely and I recommend it to anyone thinking about it and have forwarded to friend and family.
