Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our family of 12 made up of 8 adults and 4 children with ages ranging from 76 to 7 had a wonderful time staying at this well maintained villa. The villa itself was well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The grounds, swimming pool and villa give the wow factor on arrival. The journey from Alicante was straight-forward and the excellent instructions from Debbie ensured we arrived stress-free. From the time we booked the villa Debbie has been very helpful and forthcoming with all kinds of information and during our stay was very quick to answer any little queries we might have. We hope to visit again at some point in the future.

Lots of words to describe this villa but perfect is the easiest! it was amazingly well kept and well equipped. Great location for us as we prefer to be slightly away from the crowds but with enough locally. Already rebooked!
