Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Lovely Stay in Costa Brava, Would Highly Recommend
We stayed for a week at this charming accommodation and were really happy with everything. The house is beautifully designed with a great mix of rustic and modern, and it felt like home the minute we walked in. The beach is so close, we went there almost every day. There were 8 of us, and we had more than enough space. The kids loved the pool! Also, shoutout to the team for the easy booking process and the great recommendations they gave us for local activities.

A Dream villa with Everything You Need
This villa was absolutely stunning. We were a group of friends and there was plenty of room for everyone-6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom! The sea view from the terrace was breathtaking. We spent hours by the pool and enjoyed BBQ nights. Huge thanks to the agency for organizing everything! The booking process was smooth, and the concierge team was super helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

Stunning villa for a Family Getaway!
Our stay at the stay was amazing!! The house was perfect for our family of 9. Spacious, beautiful sea views, and a private pool that we couldn’t get enough of! The location near Sa Riera beach was so convenient, just a quick walk. The rooms were super comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped-perfect for family meals. Definitely a place we’ll return to!
