Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa was even better than it looked online - clean, stylish, and very spacious. The outdoor area was a dream, with a big pool, jacuzzi, and a great BBQ setup. We spent lazy mornings by the garden, afternoons at the beach, and evenings under the terrace lights. The host was kind and quick to answer any questions. Everything worked perfectly. Couldn’t ask for more for a family holiday.

An amazing family holiday
We had such a fantastic week here. The villa had everything - comfy beds, air con, big kitchen, and lots of space for everyone. The pool was spotless and the kids didn’t want to leave it. The upstairs area was great for the teens, with their own lounge and games. The location was calm but close to beaches and shops. Booking was easy and communication super friendly. We can’t wait to return next summer.

Spacious Retreat for Our Group
Our group thoroughly enjoyed the spacious this retreat. The airy living area became the hub for movie nights, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Restful nights were had in the comfy ground floor bedrooms. The upper floor's bunk beds and billiards table kept us entertained. The garden, private pool, and outdoor dining area offered endless fun and relaxation.

Perfect Getaway Near Barcelona
Our stay at a home away from home was perfect. The well-lit living area was ideal for our movie nights, and the kitchen had all the essentials. The three ground floor bedrooms provided a restful sleep. The upper floor with bunk beds and a billiards table was a unique bonus. Outdoor time in the garden, by the private pool, and at the terrace was delightful.
