Inside, double-height rooms and oversized artworks create a dramatic yet inviting atmosphere. The master suite on the first floor offers complete seclusion with an en-suite bathroom. The remaining four bedrooms, accessible from the exterior, each include en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, TV/DVD, and some with private kitchenettes, combining comfort with independence. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Stylish, spacious, and just awesome!
This charming accommodation is one of the best places we’ve stayed in! It’s big enough for a large group, and everyone had their own space, which was perfect. The pool area is just dreamy, especially at night when the lights change colors. We loved the design too-super unique with all the oversized art and those palm trees everywhere. We spent a lot of time at the villa, but the beaches are just a short drive away! The agency made the booking process super simple, and they even helped us with airport transfers. Amazing service all around!

Perfect villa for a group getaway!
We spent a week at this villa and it was absolutely fantastic! The pool was amazing, the bedrooms were huge and private, and the whole villa was designed in such a cool way. Location was spot on, just a short drive to the best beaches in Ibiza. Big thanks to the agency for making everything so easy for us. We got a great deal, too! Highly recommend for anyone looking to chill in style.

Just perfect vacation in Ibiza!!!
We had a fantastic time at the stay and we were all amazed at the beauty of the villa and attention to detail the owners provided. The photos don't do it justice, there is so much more to see. It's a great space for entertaining with many different chill out areas and beautiful views all around. A great villa for complete relaxation or to entertain guests.

Perfect villa in the nicest part of the Island
10 of us went to this villa and everyone of us was impressed with the villa, the grounds, pool and the location. The manager was always on the end of the phone if we needed anything and nothing was to much trouble. It's in a quiet location but is a 2 minute walk to a shop and a 5 minute drive to the local town which has a great beach and large choice of restaurants. I would not hesitate to return, many thanks to Alba for all their effort in making our stay so fantastic.

Fantastic holiday in beautiful and welcoming villa
I travelled in a group comprising of five couples and each and every one of us loved the accommodation! Our holiday started on the best note possible when we turned up to a wonderful looking villa and welcoming hosts. The host family welcomed us, showed us around and gave us some tips for our stay in San Augustin. Furthermore, they had prepared a basket of fresh fruit and local drinks, honey and Olive Oil. A really nice small detail that epitomised the whole villa. The villa itself was of perfect size, well decorated (maintaining modern features and character), extremely clean and had a nice garden! Also, the pool was a good size and was cleaned daily. The setting was also just as brilliant. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and a large part of this was down to the fantastic accommodation and welcoming hosts at the accommodation!!

Amazing Views!!
I spent a week at the fantastic this home in Ibiza last June and wouldn't hesitate to go back. This cool, chic but relaxed villa is perfect for a group of adults with or without their teenagers. I think it is perfect for a group of adults/couples. Free welcome pack and free airport transfer was available. All in all the villa is perfect for a summer holiday and great value.
