Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
From the moment we arrived, we felt taken care of. The house was elegant but still cozy, with the perfect mix of traditional charm and modern comforts. We especially loved the wine cellar and the huge terraces for evening drinks. The agency made everything easy, from pre-arrival assistance to itinerary planning. The Perfect Family Getaway
Spent an unforgettable holiday here with our extended family, and it couldn’t have been better! The house is enormous, so everyone had their own space. The garden and pool area were stunning, and the kids loved having so much room to run around. The property manager was incredibly helpful, even arranging a private chef for a special dinner. Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing stay!

Breathtaking Views & Total Relaxation!
We stayed at this elegant home for a week, and it was pure heaven. Waking up to those views of the Bay of Palma was magical! The pool was spotless, and the Jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring. The villa itself was massive, super clean, and had everything we needed. Also, the welcome concierge was a nice touch-super friendly and helpful. Already dreaming of coming back!

The villa is absolutely beautiful and well presented. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms are spacious. Poolside towels and bathroom towels are provided and the whole villa was spotless throughout.The kitchen was well equipped. We had a great holiday.

We enjoyed a beautiful holiday on Mallorca at this charming accommodation. The photos on the website provide a true sense of the house and the property, with attention to detail outside and in. Outstanding!!
This was our first villa experience with another 12 adults!! However, great service from the agency because the airport transfer was available through them. First impressions of the villa "WOW", this "WOW" was replicated on entering, having a look round and seeing outside. The villa is very high quality, spacious, beautifully decorated, pristine and has everything you could wish for and more. Believe the description - and some! We had a fabulous week and would highly recommend this property and will definitely book again.
