Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Paradise on earth
A group of 10 celebrated my birthday in style at this luxury retreat for 1 week....should have been 20!! The property, the gardens, the beach, the people are beautiful beyond words. The host who organised our transfer from and to the airport, a private chef, boat trip, excellent services. None of our group wanted to leave but we are planning our next trip there already. Cannot recommend the place more!! Go go go!!! I also highly recommend. An unforgettable week.

Great holiday at the stay
We have just returned from a week in this fantastic villa. The villa is stunning. The facilities provided are first class. There is the most amazing view from the terrace. Many evenings were spent sat looking at the marvellous mountains view after an evening out. The pool is great for the children and having the luxury of a pool room with toilet etc was ideal. There was nine of us in total, 6 adults, two children and a baby. We would have no hesitation to book the villa again.
