On the ground floor, the villa offers a spacious kitchen with a breakfast table for 5, a dining room accommodating up to 10 guests, and a 100 m² living room. Additional features include a laundry room, patio, and guest toilet, ensuring comfort and convenience for all.
The basement features a 50 m² additional living room with kitchen, a professionally equipped gym, a pool table, and a guest toilet, offering entertainment and fitness options during your stay.
The villa provides towels, bed linen, a cot and highchair for families, central heating, a hairdryer, a safe, a cool bag, and four TVs with Spanish channels and satellite TV. Internet access (ADSL & WiFi) is included. The main kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and juicer, while the basement kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, and microwave. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

A Fantastic Family Getaway

Wonderful villa
We've just returned from our second visit to this villa in Tenerife and had a wonderful holiday. The villa is particularly spacious and in just the best location ever! It's close to the restaurants and all amenities including supermarket, taxis and bus ... Could not have asked for more!!

Perfect!!!
Our stay at this spacious villa was lovely. The agent waited for us to arrive on the airport (transfer included on price) and a welcome pack was available.There are all the amenities that you would expect such as washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, wifi etc We particularly enjoyed the BBQ area and spent a couple of evenings enjoying an drink, some music and the lovely ambiance. The pool was beautiful. I highly recommend this villa.
