Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Amazing villa with excellent outside shaded area plus good area around the pool for sun worshippers to all be able to put their sun beds in the sun. We had a wonderful holiday and were very impressed with our villa and the service you gave. Absolutely great time in the house and will be booking again for next year

This home was very impressive, on arrival it was very clean, the pool was lit up looked great and the welcome pack was perfect as we arrived too late to get to the shops. The cleaners and the representative were fabulous and very friendly.

Fabulous large villa, very comfortable, lovely garden and the swimming pool was great, our teenagers loved the pool table and table tennis, highly recommend this villa.
