Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This spacious villa is stunning. Well located, great pool and terrace area with great restaurants nearby and a small supermarket and fruit shop close by. The villa is very established as a holiday rental and it was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable! The owners have thought of everything including Sky TV, Internet, a safe, laundry etc! The welcome pack was amazing and sustained us for the first 24 hours; fresh bread, milk, hams & cheeses, wine (thank you!), eggs, juice, water etc. The pool is a good size, long enough for a decent swim and shallow enough at one end for kids. I highly recommend this villa!

Perfection!
A group of 10 of us recently spent a week at this cozy place. It was everything we had imagined and more. The pictures just do not do this place justice. It is magnificent!- amazing pool - everything was perfect and exceptionally well adorned. Free airport transfer and free welcome pack was available for us....a great service. Just Book!!!
