Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed here for a week with friends & it was the most relaxing holiday ever. No crowds, just pure chill. The pool area was perfect for sunbathing, and the little garden was such a nice touch. We also loved exploring the nearby towns - Arrieta had some great local restaurants! Definitely coming back next year.

Such a unique experience!
Loved every second of our stay! The villa has such a cool, eco-friendly vibe, and the design is beautiful. We did yoga on the rooftop at sunrise & it was magical. The beach was literally a few steps away, and the natural sea pools were incredible. Also, BIG thanks to the concierge team - they helped us book a private tour of Lanzarote & it was totally worth it!

Amazing for a group holiday!
We stayed here with two families (10 of us in total), and it was PERFECT! Every bedroom had its own bathroom, which was a huge plus. The big kitchen was great for cooking together, and we had some amazing dinners on the terrace. The beach was right there, and we even tried snorkeling - so fun! The agency made everything super easy, from booking to check-in. 100% recommend!

Absolute paradise!!
Wow, just WOW!! This place was everything we wanted & more! The views were unreal, and waking up to the sound of the ocean was just perfection. Loved the private pool & the beach area - felt like our own little slice of paradise! The welcome pack was such a nice touch too. Can’t wait to come back!!
