The villa is spread over three floors with open-plan living spaces, maximizing natural light and offering stunning marina views through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass windows. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a breakfast bar overlooking the marina. The living area features a large L-shaped sofa, 75" smart TV, and a dining table for six, creating a sociable and welcoming environment.
All four bedrooms are stylishly decorated, with comfortable double beds, air conditioning, and marina views. The two modern bathrooms are finished to a high standard.
Outdoor spaces are exceptional, including a spacious pool area with lush lawns, whitewashed terraces, and panoramic views. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
From the spacious bedrooms to the pool and games room, everything about this villa felt luxurious. The owners clearly thought of every detail. The sunset from the terrace was magical, and the walk along the Candelaria promenade was a daily favorite. We’re already planning our next visit!

Stylish, central, and super fun
Loved the modern design and open-plan layout. The kitchen and living area were perfect for socializing, and the outdoor dining space fit all of us comfortably. Being in the center of Candelaria meant we could explore shops, beaches, and the local culture without needing to drive much.

Great for families with kids
We traveled with two kids and found a home away from home Larga to be super family-friendly. The cot, high chair, and even baby bath were provided for us. The kids loved the games room and splashing around in the pool while we relaxed on the terrace. Such a relaxing and easy stay!

Incredible views and top-notch amenities
Waking up to the view of the marina every morning was a dream. The outdoor lounge area with the PlayStation and speakers made it feel like a luxury resort. Great location too-walking distance to restaurants and the promenade. Would 100% stay here again!
