Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Pure peace and relaxation
We stayed at this property for a week at the end of July. This really is a magical spot, the view from the villa, balcony, and pool is simply stunning. A welcome pack available upon our arrival, along with their attention to detail, really sets the accommodation into a different class. It didn't take us long to completely relax and unwind. Even our 8-month-old daughter slept through the night for the first time ever. I highly recommend this property!!!

STUNNING villa!!!!
We absolutely loved staying at this property in Marbella. Beautifully decorated, modern, and comfortable, every detail has been considered. The place is perfect for socializing and gatherings. We were a group of 14, and everyone enjoyed spending time here so much that we barely wanted to leave. The pool and the view are spectacular. The outdoor area has plenty of seating, ideal for relaxing by the pool and dining together. The garden and terrace are amazing. The whole property felt like a paradise. The host was excellent-very responsive and helpful. Our experience couldn't have been better! We will definitely return!!!
