The villa's four spacious bedrooms include two doubles, one of which has an en suite bathroom, and two twin rooms. All bedrooms offer garden views and ample space for a crib. A second bathroom with a bathtub serves the remaining rooms. In winter, central heating and two fireplaces create a warm, cozy atmosphere, while four fans and openable windows ensure a cool breeze in summer.
The interior features a tastefully decorated living room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, internet access, and two fireplaces, creating a welcoming space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen includes all utensils needed for cooking, plus a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for convenience.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at the holiday home was a Majorcan paradise. The 4 bedrooms, elegantly furnished living room, and fully equipped kitchen catered to our every need. The lush garden with fruit trees and the inviting pool made our holiday unforgettable. A perfect retreat just near the beach.

A perfect week
This holiday spot was everything we had hoped it would be. A beautiful house with plenty of space, indoors and out, a great pool and outdoor area and all topped off by the wonderful views. The holiday was easy and relaxing from the moment we stepped through the door. It was an absolute privilege to stay here.

Fantastic villa with views to die for!!
From the moment you enter the villa you see the amazing views. The villa was beautiful with every attention to detail. It's definitely one of the best ones we have stayed in. It is very well equipped, beautifully furnished and has stunning views across the bay. We would highly recommend this villa and would love to stay here again.

Stunning villa, perfect location
We had a wonderful stay at this spacious villa in Mallorca, the property was perfect for us; our family consisted of adults, older teens and a couple of youngsters. The villa was equipped with everything we could have needed, spotlessly clean and very well designed for larger mixed groups. The teens took over the bedrooms on the lower floor and were pretty much able to be self contained with their own kitchen, games etc. The pool and various outside seating areas gave us all more than enough space. Location wise was perfect.
