The villa features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, including three bedrooms in the main house and a unique wooden lodge for younger guests. The master suite offers an extra-large king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, while additional bedrooms include a mix of double and king-size beds, including one bedroom with a single bed that opens into a double. All bathrooms are brand new, elegantly finished, and include showers, bathtubs, and bidets where applicable. The lodge offers a separate bedroom with bunk beds, a lounge with sofa and TV, and its own shower room, available by prior arrangement.
The spacious open-plan living areas include a lounge, dining area, and modern kitchen, all designed for comfort and convenience. Wide access throughout the single-level property ensures ease of movement, while large terraces provide ideal spots for outdoor dining or sunbathing on comfortable loungers. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were here for a week and have loved every minute. The villa had absolute everything, the welcome pack was a lovely surprise and we have already booked to come back next year. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Fabulous villa amazing setting stunning sunsets
Thank you Maria for everything you did to ensure we had a perfect family holiday in this stylish property. The accommodation is perfect in every way-spacious, modern, with every comfort provided to the highest standard. I agree with previous guests that all the facilities were enjoyed by everyone. We also loved the nearby quad biking, beautiful walks by the lake, BBQ, and the great pool-the list goes on. We would love to visit again and will definitely recommend this getaway to family and friends.

Lovely peaceful relaxing stay
This is a beautiful villa, very clean well equipped. You couldn't ask for better hosts. The fridge was full of essentials and more. The pool was big enough for all 7 of us to be in and play volleyball and make use of the inflatables that were provided. There is no need to take anything other then your clothes and personal toiletries. The villa accommodated all 7 of us comfortably, six adults and a 13 year old. There was plenty of space if we needed our on space. The villa is secluded and has stunning views of the lake which unfortunately was at its dry season so didn't come up to the villa.

Fantastic villa for all the Family
This elegant home is a superb retreat that has something for everyone. Having stayed in many villas, we usually find something missing or lacking, but not this time. The property is extremely well equipped in every area. The pool and terrace area are simply fantastic, and the lake view and sunsets are just stunning.
If you want peace and quiet, look no further-this hideaway is located in beautiful secluded countryside. For activities, try the adventure park just a mile down the road; we recommend the quad bikes and horse riding among others. The nearby towns, villages, and bars are excellent, and you’re only 15 minutes from the beach.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this luxury retreat and can’t wait to visit again next year.

Everything a luxury villa should be..and more!
What a fabulous holiday home! We had an amazing two weeks at this getaway. We especially loved the large pool and the daily table tennis and darts competitions. If you want a holiday where you can truly relax and unwind in peace and tranquility, then this property is the place to stay. Whether you are in the beautiful pool, lounging on the terrace, or standing over the barbecue with a cool gin and tonic, you always have the breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains in front of you, along with some spectacular sunsets.
If you can drag yourself away from the accommodation, there are some lovely restaurants in San Miguel de Salinas just a 5-minute drive away (try Market Street and Dona Isabel). Torrevieja is also less than 15 minutes by car, with loads of beaches and restaurants to choose from. For early morning runs, walk out the gate at the bottom of the garden and you’ll find a different route to run every day through the maze of lakeside tracks.
