Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

relaxed & happy
Rooms were all really clean, comfy beds, and every room having a terrace was a nice touch. The beach was close, but honestly, we just spent most of our time by the pool. Concierge helped us w/ a boat rental too, which made the trip even cooler.

summer week done right!
The villa was big enough for our entire group (we were 17!) and we never felt crowded. The kitchen outside was perfect for late BBQs, and the whole place just had this chill, relaxing vibe. Bonus: got a lil discount for booking early, thx to the agency for sorting that out!!

Great vibes by the water
I spent a week here w/ family and loved waking up to the view of the marina every morning. Super calm, clean, and close to everything. The saltwater pool was such a treat!

wow...castany was insane!!
Stayed here w/ a group of 16 and it was honestly better than we expected. Every room had its own bathroom (huge plus) and that pool...man, we lived in it all week! We grilled every night and hung out on the terrace till late. Would 100% come back!

Relaxing in luxury
I was looking for somewhere fabulous to take my family so we could celebrate my wife 40th birthday together. I decided to keep the details of where,what and when a surprise as thought this would be fun. I couldn't have found a more perfect villa,it had something for everyone. If you are looking for a holiday for complete relaxation ,this is it. The swimming pool/spa pool was amazing,and the outdoor areas were perfect for reading etc, it even had outdoor speakers so you could lay down on the day bed and float away.... The property manager were so accommodating and very welcoming and we felt at home straight away. He booked the birthday dinner for us (twice as the first one had to be rearranged because of random bad weather)and they even bought us a lovely birthday cake and brought it to the other restaurant.They also arranged all our taxis which was really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, it was such a wonderful ,stress free holiday.

We Found Paradise
The villa was more beautiful than the pictures on your website! It is centrally located with an incredibly remote feeling. The views are spectacular, there are no words to describe them. The villa was immaculate and kept that way for us daily. We were all made to feel very special and our needs were more than met by the villa manager and staff. Exceeded every expectation!
